As a contemporary art gallery specialising in printmaking, papermaking, and artists books, PARKER Contemporary is dedicated to fostering contemporary art and providing a platform for both emerging and established artists as an exciting new addition to Meanjin/Brisbane’s thriving arts scene.

Join us to celebrate the opening of our new contemporary art gallery during a special weekend event. The gallery will be open Saturday from 11am to 4pm and Sunday from 11am to 4pm, including an opening event on Saturday afternoon at 3pm.

The gallery's inaugural exhibition Contemporaries will set the tone for its forward-thinking programming, engaging audiences and creating a space for artistic exploration and dialogue.
